从“阳化气,阴成形”论治血栓闭塞性脉管炎

Treatment of Thromboangitis Obliterans with the Theory of “Yang Transforming Qi,Yin Constituting the Body”

当前中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎多以活血化瘀为法,然笔者经临床实践发现,单纯运用活血化瘀法治疗此病,疗效多不尽如人意。本文立足于《内经》"阳化气,阴成形"理论,阐述"阳化气,阴成形"是人体生命活动的功能表现,探讨血栓闭塞性脉管炎的病机在于"阳化气,阴成形"功能失调,并认为本病治法之精要,在于"温阳",温阳抑阴,促阳化气,同时审详病程阶段、证候虚实,辨证施治,以期为中医药治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎提供新的思路。

At present,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of thromboangiitis obliterans mostly uses blood circulation to remove blood stasis.However,the author has found through clinical practice that the treatment of this disease by simple method of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis has not been satisfactory.Based on the theory of "Yang transforming Qi,Yin constituting the body" in Neijing,this paper expounds that "Yang transforming Qi,Yin constituting the body" is the functional manifestation of human life activities.The pathogenesis of thromboangiitis obliterans is dysfunctional of "Yang transforming Qi,Yin constituting the body",and believes that the essence of this disease treatment lies in "Warming Yang",warming Yang and prohibiting Yin,and at the same time review the stage of the disease,syndromes,and dialectical treatment.The author is willing toprovide new ideas to treat thrombotic occlusive vasculitis in TCM.
