基于肠-脑-皮轴理论探讨从心脾论治痤疮

Discussion on the Differentiation and Treatment of Acne from Heart and Spleen Based on the Theory of Intestine-Brain-Skin Axis

痤疮是发生在毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病,具有一定的损容性,各年龄段皆可发病,但青少年患病率最高。近年来,随着人们生活方式,饮食结构的改变以及精神心理的变化,痤疮发病率日渐升高,并且青春期后痤疮发病率也在上升。笔者将通过肠-脑-皮轴理论探讨从心脾论治痤疮。

Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin disease occurring in hair follicles and sebaceous glands.It has a certain degree of lesion.Acne can occur in all age groups,but the prevalence rate of adolescents is the highest.In recent years,with the change of people’s lifestyle,diet structure and mental and psychological changes,the incidence of acne is increasing,and the incidence of post-adolescent acne is also rising.The author will discuss the treatment of acne from heart and spleen by gut-brain-skin axis theory.
