Biological Basis Exploration on “Spleen Deficiency” Pathogenesis of Colon Cancer

结肠癌的发病是一个复杂的过程,其病机虽有"虚、痰、毒、瘀"之异,但"脾虚"才是其基础病机,并贯穿了结肠癌发病、复发、转移的始终。从能量代谢重编程、自噬及肿瘤微环境等角度揭示结肠癌"脾虚"病机生物学基础,有助于明确中医药干预结肠癌的靶点,进一步阐释"健脾益气"治疗结肠癌的科学内涵。

The onset of colon cancer is a complex process.Although the pathogenesis of colon cancer is different from "deficiency,phlegm,toxin and stasis",spleen deficiency is its basic pathogenesis and runs through the onset,recurrence and metastasis of colon cancer.The biological basis of "spleen deficiency" pathogenesis of colon cancer is revealed from the aspects of energy metabolism reprogramming,autophagy and tumor microenvironment,which is helpful to clarify the target of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in colon cancer,and further explain the scientific connotation of "invigorating the spleen and replenishing Qi" in the treatment of colon cancer.
