王祚久老先生是川派妇科名中医之一,尤其擅长诊治妇科经、带、胎、产诸病,形成了独具特色的学术思想及诊疗技术。王老针对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(慢性盆腔炎)这一妇科常见疾病提出"瘀血、湿热、毒邪、正虚"是导致病情缠绵难愈、反复发作的关键,治疗上采用"活血化瘀为主,兼以扶正驱邪",根据病程长短及病情轻重从湿热瘀阻、寒凝血瘀、癥瘕瘀结三型论治,并在古方的基础上创制了单方验方,结合外治综合疗法取得了较好的临床疗效。

Mr.WANG Zuojiu is one of the famous gynecologic doctors of Sichuan School.He is especially good at diagnosis and treatment of gynecological menstruation,belts,fetus,obstetric diseases.He has formed a unique academic thought and diagnosis and treatment technology.Mr.WANG has pointed out that "blood stasis,dampness and heat,toxic pathogens,deficiency of vital energy" was the key to the persistence of pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae(chronic pelvic inflammation),a common gynecological disease.In the treatment,the main method is to invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis,and at the same time to strengthen the body and remove pathogens.Accoeding to the duration of the disease and the severity of the disease,the treatment should be based on three types:damp-heat and blood stasis,cold and blood stasis,and stagnant blood stasis.On the basis of the ancient prescription,a unilateral prescription was created.The combination of external treatment and comprehensive therapy has achieved good clinical efficacy.
