阐述《外台秘要》痰饮致病及证治学术思想

痰饮是由于机体水液代谢障碍而形成的病理产物,也是一种继发性的致病因素,可以直接或者间接影响机体正常运作,从而出现一系列复杂的病理反映。中医对痰饮病之理论及治法方药,在历代医家实践运用中不断发展。王焘穷其一生完成的《外台秘要》中专设一卷讨论痰饮病证治,全面总结并阐述了痰饮的病因病机、致病特点和证治方药。对后世医家在痰饮病诊治方面产生了巨大影响。现以《外台秘要·第八卷》为出发点,探讨王焘对痰饮病因病机、致病特点、证治方药的学术思想,并对其在指导后世医家临床实践方面进行了简要评述。

Phlegm is a kind of pathological product which is formed by the disturbance of water and fluid metabolism,and it is also a kind of secondary pathogenic factor,which can directly or indirectly affect the normal operation of the body,resulting in a series of complicated pathological reactions.The theory of phlegm and the prescription of phlegm in traditional Chinese medical have been developing in the practice of doctors in the past dynasties.WANG Tao set up a book to discuss the syndrome and treatment of phlegm,and summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm,the characteristics of pathogeny and the prescription of syndrome and treatment.It has had a great influence on the diagnosis and treatment of phlegm.In this paper,the author discusses the academic thoughts of WANG Tao on the etiology and pathogenesis of phlegm,the characteristics of pathogenesis,the prescription of syndrome and treatment,and gives a brief comment on his guidance to the clinical practice of doctors in later generations.
