张锡纯运用白虎汤及其类方辨治温病之特色探讨

ZHANG Xichun’s Application of Baihu Decoction and Its Similar Formulas in Curing Epidemic Febrile Diseases

白虎汤和白虎加人参汤均出自张仲景《伤寒杂病论》,是临床常用的清热方剂,张锡纯善用白虎汤治疗温病,拓展了白虎汤的治疗范围,为近代应用白虎汤及其类方集大成者。本文通过对《医学衷中参西录》中白虎汤及其类方的配伍用药规律进行整理,探讨张锡纯运用白虎汤及其类方辨治温病的特点。

Baihu Decoction and Baihu plus Ginseng Decoction were both found in the book of Treatise on Febrile Disease.It’s a commonly used prescription for clearing away heat.ZHANG Xichun Treated epidemic febrile diseases with Baihu Decoction and enriched its indications after the massive clinical practices.Through sorting out the compatibility rules of tiger Decoction and its similar formulas in the book of Yixue Zhongzhong Canxi Lu.This paper discusses the characteristics of ZHANG Xichun’s use of Baihu Decoction and its similar formulas.
