重楼软坚汤辅助放化疗治疗肺癌的近远期疗效评价

Evaluation of Short-term and Long-term Efficacy of Using Chonglou Ruanjian Decoction Assisted with Chemoradiotherapy in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

目的:观察重楼软坚汤辅助放化疗治疗肺癌的近远期疗效。方法:选取2016年4月至2019年4月我院收治的肺癌患者30例为研究对象,采用信封法随机分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组给予常规放化疗,观察组在此基础上联合重楼软坚汤治疗,比较两组近远期疗效,分析患者临床症状改善情况,比较对两组免疫功能的影响。结果:观察组治疗有效率80.00%显著高于对照组40.00%(P<0.05);治疗后两组血痰症状比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组乏力、纳差、气短、咳嗽、胸痛等症状改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均显著降低,CD8^+水平显著升高,且观察组CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平明显低于对照组,CD8^+水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组白细胞降低、血小板降低、血红蛋白降低、肝功能损害不良反应发生情况比较无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后消化道反应、肾功能损害不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组1年生存率比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组2年生存率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:重楼软坚汤辅助放化疗治疗肺癌的近远期疗效较佳,可显著改善患者临床症状及免疫功能,消化道反应、肾功能损害不良反应发生率也显著降低,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To explore the short-term and long-term efficacy of using Zhonglou Ruanjian Decoction assisted with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:Thirty patients with lung cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected for the study and were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group by envelope method,with 15 cases in each group.The controlled group was given routine chemoradiotherapy,and the observation group was combined with Zhonglou Ruanjian Decoction on this basis.The short-term and long-term efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the improvements of clinical symptoms were analyzed,and the effects on the immune function in the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(80.00% vs 40.00%)(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the bloody sputum symptoms between the two groups(P > 0.05),and the improvements of symptomsof fatigue,anorexia,shortness of breath,cough and chest pain in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly decreased while the CD8+ level was significantly increased,and the levels of CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group while the level of CD8+ was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P < 0.05),and there were no significant differences in the occurrence of leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,reduced hemoglobin and liver function damage between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05),and the incidence rates of adverse reactions of digestive tract reactions and renal dysfunction were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the 1-year survival rate between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).The 2-year survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Chonglou Ruanjian Decoction assisted with chemoradiotherapy has better short-term and long-term efficacy on lung cancer,and it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and immune function of patients,and significantly reduce incidence rates of adverse reactions of digestive tract reaction and renal dysfunction.Thus it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
