TDP中药渗透配合温针灸“腰三针”治疗腰椎间盘突出症(肝肾两虚证)疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using TDP Traditional Chinese Medicine Osmosis Combined with Needle Warming Moxibustion (Waist Three Needles) in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation (Liver-Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

目的:观察特定电磁波谱(TDP)中药渗透配合温针灸"腰三针"治疗肝肾两虚证腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:收集2015年1月至2018年1月本院收治的肝肾两虚证腰椎间盘突出症患者90例为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=45,在常规治疗上予以中药渗透配合温针灸"腰三针"治疗)和对照组(n=45,在常规治疗上予以温针灸"腰三针"治疗),治疗2个疗程后评估两组疗效,分别以日本整形外科协会制定的腰椎疾病治疗评分系统(JOA)、简化McGill疼痛量表(SF-MPQ)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评估其症状积分改变水平、腰椎疼痛程度及腰椎功能。结果:观察组91.11%(41/45)的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组的78.56%(34/45)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组JOA评分各维度(主观体征、客观体征、日常活动受限、膀胱功能)得分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的JOA各维度评分均显著低于对照组对应值(P<0.05);治疗后,两组SF-MPQ各维度得分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗后的SF-MPQ各维度得分均显著低于对照组对应值(P<0.05);治疗后1疗程、2疗程后,两组患者ODI评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组治疗1疗程和2疗程后的ODI评分均显著低于对照组对应值(P<0.05)。结论:TDP中药渗透配合温针灸"腰三针"可有效改善肝肾两虚证腰椎间盘突出症患者症状,缓解腰椎疼痛,改善腰椎功能。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of using specific electromagnetic spectrum(TDP) traditional Chinese medicine osmosis combined with needle warming moxibustion(waist three needles) in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver-kidney deficiency syndrome admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into observation group(n=45,given traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture osmosis combined with needle warming moxibustion "waist three needles" based on routine therapy) and controlled group(n=45,given needle warming moxibustion "waist three needles" based on the routine therapy).The efficacy was evaluated in the two groups after 2 courses of treatment.The lumbar spine disease treatment scoring system developed by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),simplified McGill pain scale(SF-MPQ) and Oswestry Disability Index(ODI) were used to assess the symptoms scores changes,lumbar pain level and lumbar function.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group [91.11%(41/45) vs 78.56%(34/45)](P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of dimensions of JOA(subjective signs,objective signs,limited daily activities,bladder function] in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of dimensions of JOA in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the scores of dimensions of SF-MPQ in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the scores of dimensions of SF-MPQ in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the controlled group(P < 0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,the ODI scores in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the ODI scores in the observation group after 1 course and 2 courses of treatment were significantly lower than the corresponding values in the controlled group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:TDP traditional Chinese medicine osmosis combined with needle warming moxibustion(waist three needles) can effectively improve the symptoms,relieve lumbar pain and improve lumbar function of patients with lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.
