儿童滑轨悬吊单元对运动发育落后儿童粗大运动功能的训练效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察儿童滑轨悬吊单元治疗运动发育落后儿童粗大运动功能的临床效果。方法根据纳入标准筛选出53例在院治疗患儿,其中儿童滑轨悬吊单元组(悬吊组)32例,传统物理治疗组(功训组)21例。功训组患儿接受常规运动疗法治疗,悬吊组接受滑轨单元训练治疗,每周训练5 d,每日1次,每次30 min,持续4个月。训练前后采用《0~6岁小儿神经心理发育检查表》对患儿进行粗大运动功能评估。结果训练后,悬吊组粗大运动原始分数和粗大运动发育商较训练前提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);功训组粗大运动原始分数较训练前提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);功训组粗大运动发育商与训练前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论儿童滑轨悬吊单元训练能够显著提高运动发育落后患儿粗大运动功能。 Objective To observe the clinical effect of the sliding track suspension unit training on the gross motor function of children with poor motor development.Methods According to the inclusion criteria, 53 children were selected, including 32 children in the children sliding track suspension unit group(suspension group) and 21 children in traditional physical therapy group(training group). The children in the training group received the conventional exercise therapy, and the children in suspension group received the training with the sliding track suspension unit. The training kept four months and five days a week for 30 minutes once a day. Before and after the training, the gross motor function of the children were evaluated by the neuropsychological development examination table for 0-6 years old children.Results After training, the original score of gross motor function and the development quotient of gross motor function in suspension group were both significantly higher than that before training(all P<0.05). The original score of gross motor function in training group was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.05). The development quotient of gross motor function in training group was not significantly different from that before training(P>0.05).Conclusion The sliding track suspension unit training can improve the gross motor function of children with poor motor development.
