预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果 被引量:10

摘要 目的观察预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法选取三门峡市直机关医院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的口腔修复患者86例,根据修复方式分为可塑纤维桩组与预成纤维桩组,各43例。可塑纤维桩组应用可塑纤维桩口腔修复,预成纤维桩组应用预成纤维桩口腔修复。对比两组修复效果、修复满意度及并发症发生率。结果预成纤维桩组修复时间较可塑纤维桩组短,修复3个月后修复成功率(95.35%)高于可塑纤维桩组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);预成纤维桩组术后3个月修复满意度(95.35%)高于可塑纤维桩组(79.07%),差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论与可塑纤维桩相比,预成纤维桩应用于口腔修复患者,能显著缩短修复时间,提高修复成功率及满意度,且并发症少,安全性高。
