Clinical Effect on Modified Radical Mastectomy for Breast Cancer

目的分析乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年4月郸城县人民医院收治的92例乳腺癌患者,按手术方案分为常规组(传统乳腺癌根治术,46例)和改良组(乳腺癌改良根治术,46例)。对比两组并发症发生率、住院天数、复发率、转移率及美观满意度。结果改良组住院天数较常规组短(P<0.05);随访12个月,改良组并发症发生率、复发率及转移率较常规组低(P<0.05);改良组美观满意度(91.30%)高于常规组(76.09%)(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术治疗乳腺癌患者,能缩短住院天数,降低并发症发生率、复发率及转移率,提高美观满意度。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect on modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with breast cancer in Dancheng People’s Hospital from September 2016 to April 2018 were selected and divided into conventional group(traditional radical mastectomy,46 cases)and modified group(modified radical mastectomy,46 cases)received.The incidence of complications,hospitalization days,recurrence rate,metastasis rate and aesthetic satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization days of the modified group were shorter than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of the complication and metastasis rate of the modified group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The aesthetic satisfaction rate(91.30%)of the modified group was higher than that of the conventional group(76.09%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can significantly shorten hospitalization days,reduce the incidence of complications,recurrence rate and metastasis rate,and improve aesthetic satisfaction.
