摘要
在浙江自贸试验区积极打造国际农产品贸易中心,是实现“一带一路”对外开放战略的重要举措,也是继探索自贸试验区推进油气全产业链发展后的又一全新尝试。文章从发展国际农产品贸易中心的意义出发,提出进一步做大做强贸易平台,通过推进“一核心一平台四基地”建设、着力完善保障体系等举措,为探究国际农产品贸易中心发展提供参考。
To positively develop international agricultural produce trade center in Zhejiang Free Trade Zone(FTZ)is an important measure to realize“the Belt and Road”opening strategy and also a brand-new attempt to explore the FTZ to develop the oil-gas full-industry chain development.Starting from the significance of developing the international agricultural produce trade center,the author proposes to strengthen the trade platform and provides a reference for exploring the development of the international agricultural product trade center by developing the construction of“one core-four bases in the platform”and focusing on perfecting the safeguard system.
