基于PLC的汽车横拉杆拧紧系统的应用与实现 被引量:1

摘要 汽车转向系统的装配是汽车零部件装配过程中的一个重要环节,也是汽车安全性能的保障。而转向横拉杆是汽车转向系统中的重要零件,它影响着汽车操纵的稳定性、行驶的安全性、以及轮胎的使用寿命。针对横拉杆自动装配过程中齿条的对中保障、左右横拉杆安装受力均匀的需求,本文提出基于PLC的汽车横拉杆拧紧系统。首先利用标准件对拧紧系统的工装进行对中校验,以确保系统使用时稳定可靠,从而保障横拉杆的抗拉强度。其次,通过定位及检测装置对齿条进行夹紧固定,保障齿条处在夹具中心位置。最后采用伺服机构高精度定位拧紧机的工作位置,通过多轴拧紧控制器控制左右拧紧机同步拧紧,从而实现左右横拉杆安装过程中受力均匀。本文提出的汽车横拉杆拧紧系统已应用于某公司的电子转向系统自动装配线,通过测试表明,该系统能实现左右横拉杆的安装过程受力均匀。 The assembly of the steering system of the car is an important part of the assembly process of the auto parts,and it is also the guarantee of the safety performance of the car.The steering tie rod is an important part of the steering system of the car,which affects the stability of the vehicle handling,the safety of the driving and the service life of the tire.Aiming at the requirement of the centering of the rack during the automatic assembly process of the tie rod and the uniform force of the left and right tie rods,this paper proposes an tightening system ofhorizontie rod based on PLC.Firstly,the standard part is used to perform the alignment check on the tooling of the tightening system to ensure the stability and reliability of the system,thus ensuring the tensile strength of the tie rod.Secondly,the rack is clamped and fixed by the positioning and detecting device to ensure that the rack is at the center of the jig.Finally,the servo mechanism is used to accurately position the working position of the tightening machine,and the multi axis tightening controller is used to control the simultaneous tightening of the left and right tightening machines,thereby achieving uniform force during the installation of the left and right tie rods.The automatic tie bar tightening system proposed in this paper has been applied to the automatic assembly line of a company’s electronic steering system.The test shows that the system can achieve uniform force during the installation process of the left and right tie rods.
