摘要
基于运算放大器、比较器等芯片功能及电路基本理论的研究,结合Meter-Bus总线标准的相关要求,本文介绍了一种具备负载驱动能力补偿、负载过载报警等功能的Meter-Bus总线的主站接口电路。该Meter-Bus总线的主站接口电路主要基于德州仪器(TI)公司的OPA564AIDWPR运算放大器原理实现主站数据的发送功能,利用LM393比较器的特性实现了数据的接收及负载过载的报警功能,同时结合运算放大器TLE2021的功能及三极管的特性实现了Meter-BUS总线的驱动能力补偿功能。该Meter-Bus总线的主站接口电路解决了目前的Meter-BUS总线的主站电路通信误码率高,通信质量差以及电路稳定性差,功能不齐全,适用范围窄的技术问题。而且电路符合MeterBus总线的相关标准,特别适合在各种自动抄表系统中使用。
Based on the study of chip functions such as operational amplifiers and comparators and basic circuit theories,and in combination with the relevant requirements of meter-bus Bus standard,this paper introduces a meter-bus interface circuit with load driving ability compensation and load overload alarm. The Meter-Bus host interface circuit is mainly based on Texas instruments(TI) company OPA564 AIDWPR operational amplifier principle to achieve the main data sending function,using the characteristics of the LM393 comparator has realized the data receiving and load overload alarm function, at the same time, combining with the operational amplifier TLE2021 function and characteristic of triode implements the Meter-Bus driver ability compensation function. The interface circuit of the main station of the Meter-Bus solves the technical problems of high bit error rate,poor communication quality,poor circuit stability,incomplete functions and narrow application range.Moreover,the circuit conforms to relevant standards of meters-bus and is especially suitable for use in various automatic Meter reading systems.
