社区康复指导对糖尿病血糖控制及自我效能影响分析

Effect of community rehabilitation guidance on blood sugar control and self-efficacy of diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨社区康复指导对糖尿病患者血糖控制及自我效能的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年1月上海市某社区医院管理的糖尿病患者140例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组施以常规干预,观察组施以社区康复指导。分别于干预前、干预3个月后测定空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2h血糖(2hPG)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,并采用糖尿病自我效能量表(DSES)评估患者自我效能。结果:干预3个月后,观察组FPG和2hPG及HbA1c水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组糖尿病自我效能量表评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复指导能够有效提高糖尿病患者自我效能,有利于血糖控制。

Objective:To explore the effect of community rehabilitation guidance on blood sugar control and self-efficacy in diabetic patients.Methods:All 140 patients with diabetes who were managed by a community hospital in our hospital from February 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.70 patients in the control group were given routine intervention,and 70 patients in the observation group were given community rehabilitation guidance.The levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c were measured before and 3 months after intervention,and self-efficacy was assessed by DSES.Results:After 3 months of intervention,the levels of FPG,2hPG and HbA1c in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the DSES score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community rehabilitation guidance can effectively improve the self-efficacy of diabetic patients and is conducive to blood sugar control.
