某电厂扩建工程增加除氧器后对主厂房框架的加固设计介绍

摘要 本文为已实施工程的总结,针对某电厂二期扩建在17.00米的厂房楼层上需增加180多吨大型设备荷载的工艺需求,利用新技术、新材料、新工艺,提出了对钢筋混凝土梁组合加固方法,大幅度的提高了钢筋混凝土梁、柱的抗弯抗剪承载能力,同时还使框架结构整体保持了良好的抗震性、延性。同时支承设备的新增次梁采用T型断面分别受力,巧妙的解决了补强结构抗剪可靠度不足的问题。 This article is a summary of a project that has been implemented.In response to the process requirements for the expa nsion of a power plan t that requires more than 180 tons equipme nt loads on the 17.00 m floor,new tech no logies,new materials,and new processes are used to propose a combination strengthening method for the reinforced concrete beam.This method greatly improves the bending and shear beari ng capacity of reinfo reed con crete beams and colum ns,and also maintains the frame structure as a whole with good seismic resista nee and ductility.At the same time,T一sections are adopted for the newly added sec on dary beams that support the equipment in dividually,which solves the problem of insufficient shear reliability of the reinforced structure.
