考虑运行风险的主配协同转供电方法研究与应用

Research and application of load transfer in transmission and distribution network considering running risk

电网设备发生故障时,往往要求调度人员在最短的时间内将失电压负荷进行快速转移,以满足供电可靠性。在充分考虑主配电网协同建模的基础上,给出了主配协同负荷转供的方法,考虑的因素包括负荷切除、拆分转电、二次转电及递归转电等,转电策略中通过建立运行风险模型充分考虑了对备用馈线及备用变压器的影响。现场运行情况表明提出的策略能大幅度缩短用户预案编制时间,同时转电策略也可以提供给供电服务指挥系统进行调用,最大限度地保证电网的供电可靠性。

Load should be transferred quickly for power reliability where fault occurs in power grid. A load transfer method based transmission and distribution network is proposed, corresponding factors include load shedding, split transferring, second transferring and transferring etc. The effect for spare feeder and spare transformer is considered by build running risk model. Site operation shows that the proposed method is feasible, it can reduce fault treating time substantially and ensure power distribution reliability.
