摘要
随着化石燃料的日渐枯竭及城市环境污染问题的日益加剧,多能互补的综合能源系统被认为是解决区域供能问题的有效手段。为有效评估区域的综合能源发展情况,通过分析能源、经济和环境等因素间的相互作用机理,从区域能源发展的清洁低碳、安全高效、灵活智慧和开放共享四个方面建立了详细的评估指标体系,并给出了国外发达国家的部分数据作为参考。该评估指标体系可作为区域综合能源系统规划的前置指导及评判指标。
With the depletion of fossil fuels and the increasing of urban environmental pollution, multi-energy complementary integrated energy systems are considered to be effective means to solve regional energy supply problems.In order to effectively assess the energy development of region, the interactions between energy, economy and environment are analyzed, and a detailed evaluation index system from the aspects of being clean and low carbon, safe and efficient, flexible and wisdom, open and sharing is established. Some data from developed countries are given as a reference. The evaluation index system can be used as a pre-guided and judged indicator for regional integrated energy system planning.
