城市地铁架大修管理信息化目标与需求分析

地铁车辆架大修是对运营年限达5年/10年或运行公里数达60万/120万公里的列车进行全方位深度拆解维修,恢复列车整体性能,以达到符合运营标准的一项技术性工作。轨道交通近期规划多条线路,所有车辆将陆续进入架大修修程,为更好地管理车间和控制生产现场,提高车辆维修效率,车辆中心计划采用信息化系统协助各架大修车间的日常管理和现场作业,其中涉及人员管理、班组管理、基础数据、物资管理、现场管理、生产数据统计分析等。通过信息化系统的实施可以积极推进现场作业顺序并且综合评估生产绩效指标,打通生产中的堵塞项点,不断提高公司架大修作业效率。文章对此展开分析。
