一种船用柴油机专用油的应用研究

Application Research of a Kind of Special Oil for Marine Diesel Engine

随着我国船舶运输业的不断发展,为了满足船舶用户和新发动机的设计要求,船用润滑油的质量水平也在不断提高。文章介绍了由道儒伯润科技南京有限公司,针对某动力有限公司F170系列船用柴油发动机技术要求研发的FK发动机专用油,并成功应用于某动力有限公司F170系列柴油发动机,经过3500 h的运行监测,通过拆检发动机观察内部情况,采样分析运行油品质量,证明该发动机专用油完全可以满足F170发动机的润滑需求,同时整个过程表现出了优良的氧化安定性和清净分散性,优异的抗磨性能。

With the continuous development of Chinese shipping industry,the quality level of marine lubricating oil is constantly improving as well to meet the design requirements of ship users and new engines. This article gives an introduction of the special FK engine oil which is developed by Dow Luber Lubrication Technology Nanjing Co.,Ltd. according to the technical requirements of F170 series marine diesel engine of A Power Co.,Ltd.. It has been successfully applied to F170 series diesel engine of A Power Co.,Ltd.. After3500 hours of operation monitoring,the internal condition of the engine has been observed and the quality of the running oil has been sampled and analyzed,which proves that the special engine oil has the ability to meet the lubrication requirements of F170 engine.Meanwhile,the whole process displays excellent oxidation stability,detergency and dispersibility,and outstanding anti-wear performance.
