摘要
废润滑油再生从能源与环境保护来看是处理废油的最优选择。文章主要介绍废油再生的必要性和废油再生物理及物理化学方法,对比了国外先进的Hy Lube、Revivoil、CEP、MRD溶剂萃取和加氢工艺,并简单介绍了现阶段我国废润滑油再生油的全加氢、萃取-絮凝法、NMP混合溶剂精制、分子蒸馏技术、吸附剂等工艺。我国的废润滑油再生技术正朝着工艺更环保、回收高效率、产品高品质的方向发展。
From the perspective of energy and environmental protection,regeneration technology is the optimal choice for the treatment of waste oil. In this paper,the necessities,the physical and physicochemical methods of waste oil regeneration are mainly introduced.The foreign advanced solvent extraction and hydrogenation processes like HyLube,Revivoil,CEP and MRD are compared. Full hydrogenation,extraction-flocculation,NMP mixed solvent refining,molecular distillation technology,adsorbent and other processes in China at present stage are also briefly introduced. The waste oil regeneration technology of our country is developing towards a direction of more environmentally friendly process,highly efficient recycling and high quality products.
