摘要
文章对目前国内外用于检测变压器油酸值的方法进行简明地分析,并采用新建立的绝缘油酸值的测定方法(IEC 62021-2颜色滴定法)对未使用过的和使用过的变压器油进行了检测和精密度考察,同时还与电位滴定法(IEC 62021-1)进行了对比。结果表明,采用IEC 62021-2颜色滴定法,其重复性、再现性较好,其检测精密较高,与电位滴定法(IEC 62021-1)的测试结果基本保持一致,说明本方法可以满足变压器油酸值的检测分析要求。
Test methods for determining transformer oil acidity at home and abroad at present were analyzed in this paper. Acidities of the unused and used insulating oils were tested by the new established method(IEC 62021-2 colourimetric titration),and the precision was investigated. In the meantime,the method was compared with automatic potentiometric titration(IEC 62021-1). The result showed that the IEC 62021-2 colourimetric titration method has better repeatability and reproducibility,and higher detection precision. The test result is basically consistent with that of automatic potentiometric titration(IEC 62021-1). It is indicated that this method can meet the testing and analysis requirements of transformer oil acidity.
