摘要 采用特殊降粘单体PM1500、小单体丙烯酸、AM端烯基酯结构双尾聚氧乙烯醚和TPEG聚醚大单体与通过以氧化还原体系来与引发剂的水溶液自由基集合反应,合成出降粘型聚羧酸减水剂产品。与现有降粘型聚羧酸减水剂相比,其优点:新颖的分子结构,合理的设计,合成出降粘型聚羧酸减水剂分子结构含有磷酸酯基、羧酸基、羟基、酰胺基,能够有效发挥官能团间的协同效应,使其高标号混凝土中起到优异的降粘效果[1]。表现出高流动性和低粘度,也减缓了混凝土坍落度的损失。 Products using special anti-stick monomer PM1500, small monoabol acrylic, AM end-end ene-based structure double-tailed polyoxyethylene ether and TPEG politator large monomer and by the oxidation reduction system to react with the trigger water solution freeradical set reaction, synthesis of the de-adhesive poly-pyridine reducing agent products. Compared with the existing adhesive devisor, its advantages:novel molecular structure, reasonable design, synthesis of the molecular structure of the devisor-reducing polymycine acid waterreducing agent contains phosphate, pyridine acid, hydroxyl, amidamine base, can effectively play the synergy between the function groups, so that its high-label concrete plays an excellent reduction effect. High fluidity and low viscosity also slow edged the loss of concrete collapse.
