Rapid Determination of Sealing Material Density by Drainage Method

密封材料的密度一般按照GB/T 13477.2-2002中规定的方法进行测定,但是此方法存在诸多缺点。文中针对上述方法的不足之处,提出一种快速测定密封材料密度的方法。研究利用比重天平快速、准确地测定常温下呈粘稠膏状的密封材料的密度.结果表明:此方法具有准确、高效、经济、环保、操作简单和易于推广的优点。

The density of sealing material is generally determined according to the method specified in GB/T 13477.2-2002, but there are many disadvantages in this method, such as high learning cost, difficult operation, low efficiency, difficult cleaning of experimental device, large amount of waste, etc. In view of the shortcomings of the above methods, a rapid method for measuring the density of sealing materials is proposed. In this paper, the density of the paste like sealing material is determined rapidly and accurately by the specific gravity balance. The results show that this method is accurate, efficient, economical, environmental friendly, easy to operate and easy to popularize.
