文中通过对比平潭与福州新区的基础条件,分析平潭在"岛区"关系中的优势,研究未来"岛区一体化"的格局及经济产业、基础设施、生态保护等方面的具体对策,从而提出加强平潭与福州新区一体化发展的建议。
