仲丁醇脱氢催化剂制备工艺对其性能的影响研究

摘要 采用并流共沉淀法制备了仲丁醇脱氢制甲乙酮催化剂,考察了铝源加入方式、铝源种类、调变剂加入方式和调变剂种类对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:采用"两步并流沉淀法",并以硝酸铝-硝酸锌-助剂B作为第二步沉淀原料能促进前驱体活性相的生成;以有机酸盐为调变剂,采用湿混的方法加入,有利于提高催化剂活性。与对比剂相比,自制催化剂具有适宜的物理性质,初活性高、耐热稳定性好。 The catalysts for the dehydrogenation of sec-butanol to production of methyl ethyl ketone were prepared by concurrent coprecipitation method. Effects of the following factors on performance of the catalyst were studied, such as the addition way and type of aluminum source, the addition way and type of modifier. The results showed that adopting two-step concurrent precipitation method, formation of the precursor active phase was promoted by using aluminum nitrate, zinc nitrate and assistant B as the second step precipitation raw material, and activity of the catalyst could be improved by using organic acid salt as the modifier with wet mixing addition way. Compared with the contrast agent, the self-made catalyst has suitable physical properties, high initial activity and good thermal stability.
