摘要
采用自制的JM-3催化剂,在淤浆法间歇聚合中试装置上开发出C型CPE用HDPE树脂CQ5057P。CQ5057P具有较窄的粒径分布、较大的比表面积、较低的蜡含量等优点。将中试产品进行氯化应用试验,结果表明:生产过程稳定,氯化后的产品质量能够达到C型CPE的要求。
The HDPE resin CQ5057P for production of C-type chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)was developed on the pilot plant with slurry batch polymerization by self-made JM-3 catalyst.CQ5057P possessed the following advantages,such as narrower particle size distribution,larger specific surface area and lower wax content and etc.The pilot scale CQ5057P product was used in the chlorination application experiment,the results showed that the chlorination production course was stable and the chlorinated product quality could meet requirement of C-type chlorinated polyethylene(CPE).
