摘要
针对苯乙烯装卸车及罐区产生的苯乙烯废气浓度高、流量变化大、间断发生的特点,开发了冷凝+氧化的组合工艺。研究结果表明:在氧化温度T4~T5℃、气液体积比为V3∶1条件下,当苯乙烯废气浓度在3000 mg/m^3以下时,采用KMnO_4氧化法处理;当苯乙烯废气浓度3000 mg/m^3以上时,采用冷凝+氧化的组合工艺,两者皆可实现苯乙烯废气的环保达标排放。采用KMnO_4氧化法处理丁苯橡胶装置产生的浓度约1000 mg/m^3的苯乙烯废气,其工业运行结果表明:出口苯乙烯浓度降至10 mg/m^3左右。
According to the characteristics of high concentration,large flow variation and intermittent occurrence of the styrene waste gas produced from styrene loading and unloading trucks and the tank farm,the combined process of condensation and oxidation was developed.The research results showed that under the conditions of oxidation temperature was T4-T5℃,gas liquid volume ratio was V3∶1,concentration of the styrene waste gas was below 3000 mg/m3,adopting KMnO4 oxidation treatment process was suitable,but the combined process with condensation and oxidation was suitable when concentration of the styrene waste gas was above 3000 mg/m3,both of the two processes could realize environmental protection standard discharge.The styrene waste gas with 1000 mg/m3 concentration from the butadiene styrene rubber plant was treated by KMnO4 oxidation treatment process,the industrial operation results showed that the styrene waste gas concentration was reduced to 10 mg/m3 at the outlet.
