摘要
针对中国石化齐鲁分公司烯烃厂裂解装置的特点,分析其冷箱发生冻堵和堵塞的原因。根据冷箱实际发生冻堵和堵塞的部位及特点,进行有针对性的处理和技术改进,消除了裂解装置生产运行瓶颈,降低了乙烯损失,且实现了安全生产。
Aimed at characteristics of the cracking unit in SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company,the causes for freeze plugging and blockage of the cold box were analyzed.According to the actual location and characteristics of the freeze plugging and blockage in the cold box,targeted treatment and technical improvement were executed to eliminate the production and operation bottleneck of the cracking unit;the ethylene loss was reduced,and the safe production of the unit was realized.
