摘要
介绍中国石化齐鲁分公司第二化肥厂240 t/h循环流化床锅炉用的滚筒筛的运行情况,针对该滚筒筛在运行过程中出现的问题,制定出了整改方案。方案实施后,该滚筒筛运转周期得以延长,确保了循环流化床锅炉的高负荷生产。
The operation situation of the rotary sieve used in the 240 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in the Second Fertilizer Factory of SINOPEC Qilu Branch Company was described.Rectification plan was put forward.Operation period of the rotary sieve was prolonged after execution of the rectification plan.High load production of the circulating fluidized bed boiler was ensured.
