摘要
针对第二加氢装置高温油泵G-106B因其输送介质具有易燃、易爆等不安全因素,且其原机械密封存在一旦发生泄漏极易造成安全环保事故,存在重大隐患的问题,对G-106B的机械密封及其系统进行改造,将原单端面机械密封改造成双端面串级机械密封,并选用PLAN32+PLAN53B冲洗方案,消除了不安全、不稳定因素,保证了装置长周期安稳运行。
Aimed at the unsafe factors existing in the high temperature oil pump G-106B in the second hydrogenation unit,such as flammability,explosion and etc,existence of leakage possibility in the original mechanical seal which was easy to cause safety and environmental protection accidentsand was the major hidden danger,the mechanical seal and corresponding system of G-106B pump were reformed.The original single face mechanical seal was transformed to the double face cascade mechanical seal;the combined washing scheme of PLAN32 and PLAN53B was selected.Then the unsafe and unstable factors were eliminated,the long term and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
