摘要
在颅内血肿微创穿刺术中,为提高穿刺准确性,本研究设计了一种颅内血肿穿刺定位装置及血肿定位方法。该颅内血肿穿刺定位装置包括定位帽体和定位片体,通过CT扫描获取患者颅内的血肿影像以及血肿刺穿引流的导向通道位置,经3D打印出定位帽体、定位片体及穿刺导向管,并将定位帽体与定位片体相互扣接完成穿刺清除定位。该装置结构简单,操作简便,有助于提高颅内血肿微创穿刺的准确性。
In order to improve the accuracy of puncture during minimally invasive puncture for intracranial hematoma,this study designed an intracranial hematoma puncture locating device and hematoma localization method.The intracranial hematoma puncture locating device comprised a locating cap and a locating slice,the intracranial hematoma image of the patient and the location of the guiding channel for the puncture and drainage of the hematoma were determined by CT,the locating cap body,the locating slice body and the puncture guide tube were obtained by 3D printing,and the positioning cap and the locating piece were buttoned together to complete puncture clearance and positioning.The device is simple in structure and simple in operation,which is helpful to improve the accuracy of minimally invasive puncture of intracranial hematoma.
