我国综合立体交通管理机制存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Comprehensive Three-dimensional Traffic Management Mechanism

经过多年不断深化改革和城市化快速发展,综合立体交通管理机制与交通运输行业快速发展之间产生的矛盾日益尖锐,综合立体交通运输的管理与资源、环境之间摩擦不断,设计综合立体交通运输管理机制成为当今交通运输行业得以发展的前提。本文提出我国综合立体交通管理机制存在的问题,探析并尝试性给出健全我国综合立体交通管理机制的对策。

After years of deepening reform and rapid development of urbanization, the contradiction between the comprehensive three-dimensional traffic management mechanism and the rapid development of the transportation industry has become increasingly acute. The management of integrated three-dimensional transportation and the friction between resources and environment are constantly changing. The transportation management mechanism has become the prerequisite for the development of the transportation industry today. Based on the problems existing in the comprehensive three-dimensional traffic management mechanism in China, this paper initially analyzes and attempts to give a countermeasure to improve China’s comprehensive three-dimensional traffic management mechanism.
