轮轨摩擦控制对地铁道岔曲尖轨损伤的影响研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究轮轨摩擦系数匹配对地铁道岔曲尖轨损伤的影响,本文以某地铁9#曲线尖轨道岔为例,基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,利用SIMPACK仿真软件,研究了不同摩擦系数匹配下,某地铁车辆车以30km/h的速度侧逆向通过转辙器部分时的轮轨动力特性和轮轨损伤特性,以期在保证车辆行驶安全性、舒适性的前提下,为最大限度的降低曲尖轨损伤,提供合理的轮轨润滑方案。研究结果表明轮轨摩擦控制能有效减缓曲尖轨的磨耗,建议对服役道岔转辙器部分两侧钢轨进行润滑,将两侧轮轨摩擦系数差值控制在较小的范围内,当两侧轮轨摩擦系数均不大于0.25时,曲尖轨磨耗和疲劳均较小,有效的延长了曲尖轨的服役寿命。 In order to study the effect of wheel-rail friction coefficient matching on the damage of curved switch rail, this paper took No.9# curved turnout of a metro as an example, based on vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory. The wheel-rail dynamic performance and damage characteristics of a metro vehicle passing through the turnouts in the diverging route at 65 km/h speed under different wheel-rail friction coefficients matching were studied by SIMPACK simulation software to provide a reasonable wheel-rail friction control scheme for reducing the wear of the curved switch rail and prolong the service life of the curved switch rail on the premise of ensuring that the vehicle can safely and comfortably pass through the turnout. The results show that wheel-rail friction control can effectively alleviate the wear of curved switch rail. It is suggested to lubricate the rails on both sides of the turnout switch in service, and to control the difference of wheel-rail friction coefficients between the two sides within a small range. When the friction coefficients of both sides are not greater than 0.25, the wear and fatigue of curved switch rail are both smaller. The service life of curved rail is prolonged effectively.
