摘要
绕城高速公路承担着成都过境交通和对外交通的衔接转换作用,车流量巨大,车辆进出收费站拥堵现象逐渐凸显。然而,取消绕城高速收费,将绕城高速变为城市快速路,是否能够实现"缓堵保畅"的目的,亟需进行全面系统的分析评估。本文在分析评价绕城高速公路现状运行情况的基础上,综合考虑收费站延误时间、收费费率等因素,通过进行OD估计,建立了分析模型。最后分析评估了绕城高速公路取消收费条件下路网交通流分布及服务水平的变化情况,为进一步科学决策提供了依据和参考。
The circle freeway of Chengdu city takes an important role in conversion of transit traffic and external traffic.However, the traffic volume is very large and the congestion at the toll station is becoming more obvious. Whether the charges on the circle freeway are cancelled to alleviate traffic congestion, it requires a comprehensive analysis. In this paper, we evaluate the operation of the circle freeway, and propose a model based on origin-destination estimation, considering the factors including the delay of toll station and toll rate. Finally, we analyze the changes in traffic flow distribution and level of service under the condition of canceling charges on the circle freeway of Chengdu city. This method could provide some reference to informed decision in the future.
