“体医结合”模式对社区中老年女性高血脂患者体质及生化指标的影响

Impact of Physical and Medical Integration on the Constitutionand Biochemical Indexes of Middle and Aged Womenwith Hyperlipidemia in Community

选取36名中老年女性高血脂患者为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组采取药物治疗的同时进行6个月的有氧锻炼和力量训练,对照组采用常规药物治疗,测试受试者实验前后体质及血液生化指标,并对结果进行比较和分析.结果表明:实验组实验后的BMI、WHR、心肺功能、身体素质以及血液生化指标均优于实验前,且差异显著;实验后实验组的各项指标均优于对照组,且差异显著;对照组实验前后血脂有明显改变,且有显著差异.“体医结合”干预模式能改善和提高中老年女性的BMI、WHR、心肺功能、身体素质以及血液生化指标水平,且实验组的改善效果要好于对照组.

Thirty-six middle-aged and elderly female patients with hyperlipidemia were selected and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was treated with medication for 6 months of aerobic and strength training.The subjects’physical and blood biochemical indexes before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed.The results showed firstly that the BMI,WHR,cardiopulmonary function,physical fitness,and blood biochemical parameters of the experimental group were better than those before the experiment,and the differences were significant;secondly,the indicators of the experimental group were better than the control group after the experiment,and the differences were significant;thirdly,before and after the experiment,blood lipids were significantly changed,and there were significant differences.It was proved that the intervention model of the physical and medical integration can improve and increase the levels of BMI,WHR,cardiopulmonary function,physical fitness,and blood biochemical indicators of middle and aged women;and the improvement effect of the experimental group is better than that of the control group.
