摘要
为提高水力旋流器含聚适用性,设计出一种机械降黏装置,利用该装置能使聚合物分子链断裂,减小处理液的黏度,从而减小黏度对水力旋流器分离性能的影响。通过对不同工况条件下的降黏效果分析得出,降黏装置对聚合物溶液降黏效果明显。为验证在不同聚合物浓度条件下,水力旋流器串联降黏装置前后分离性能,开展了室内实验研究。实验结果表明,不同含水率、处理量条件下,水力旋流器串联降黏装置后,质量浓度在300 mg/L以内的聚合物溶液经水力旋流器分离后,油水分离效率均能达到99%以上;在部分工况质量浓度为400 mg/L的聚合物溶液条件下也达到了99%。可见,水力旋流器前端串入机械降黏装置能够拓宽其含聚适用性。
In order to improve the applicability of hydrocyclone for polymer,a mechanical viscosity reducing device is designed.The device can break the polymer molecular chain and reduce the viscosity of treatment liquid,thereby reducing the influence of viscosity on the separation performance of hydrocyclone.According to the analysis of the viscosity reduction effect under different working conditions,the viscosity reducing device has an obvious viscosity reduction effect for polymer solution.In order to verify the separation performance of hydrocyclone with the viscosity reducing device under different polymer concentration conditions,laboratory experiments and study are carried out.The experimental results show that the oil-water separation efficiency of polymer solution with concentration less than 300 mg/L can reach more than 99%after using the hydrocyclone with the viscosity reducing device under different water content and treatment capacity.Under some working conditions,the concentration of polymer solution can reach 99%when the concentration of polymer solution is 400 mg/L.It can be seen that the mechanical viscosity reducing device in series at the front of hydrocyclone can widen the applicability of polymer.
