Research on Low Temperature Heat Utilization in Oil Refinery

摘要 中国石化天津分公司炼油部生产装置坐落位置比较分散,根据装置的现场布局和实际运行状况,对相互比邻的生产装置进行了优化联合,对不同装置的低温热资源采取了有针对性的工艺路线,对低温热进行了有效的回收利用.通过对各优化联合方案中的工艺流程、工艺参数及应用情况进行详细的介绍和说明,提出了生产运行中存在的问题,并进行了简要分析,制定了整改措施;从降低能耗,优化低温热运行的角度出发,站在天津分公司全局,提出了的优化运行建议,并提出了下一步的具体建议措施. The production facilities of the Oil Refining Department of the Sinopec Tianjin Branch are geographically scattered.According to the site layout and actual operation of the facilities,the production facilities adjacent to each other are optimized and united.A targeted process route is adopted for the low-temperature heat resources of different facilities,the low temperature heat is effectively recycled and utilized.The process flow,process parameters and application of each optimization joint scheme are introduced and explained in detail.The existing problems in production and operation are put forward,a brief analysis is carried out and rectification measures are formulated.From the point of view of reducing energy consumption and optimizing low-temperature heat operation,from the overall perspective of the Tianjin Branch,the overall optimized operation suggestions and the next concrete measures are proposed.
