摘要
往复式压缩机在天然气传输过程中使用较广泛,其传动部件较多、结构复杂,故而发生故障的情况也较多,其中由于液击导致连杆断裂的故障时有发生,并且造成的损失也较为严重,因此对压缩机入口天然气进行除液处理,以避免压缩机运行过程中出现液击的研究尤为重要.根据海上某平台压缩机运行实际情况以及液击现象发生的原因制定了应对方案,现场通过流程优化和方案实施,效果较为显著,为相关企业提供了好的借鉴经验,有助于相关技术人员对设备故障进行分析和解决.
Reciprocating compressors are widely used in the process of natural gas transmission,and their transmission components are complex in structure,so there are many failures.Among them,the failure of connecting rod rupture caused by the liquid hammer occurs frequently,and the loss is serious,so it is very important to study the liquid removal from natural gas at inlet of the compressor to avoid liquid hammer during compressor operation.According to the actual operation of the compressor on a certain offshore platform and the reason for the liquid hammer phenomenon,a response scheme is formulated.Through process optimization and program implementation,the effect is remarkable.This paper can provide good experience for the relevant enterprises and help related technical personnel to analyze and resolve equipment failures.
