摘要
针对目前海上油田潜油电泵"Y"型管柱结构在产液剖面测试过程中,经常会出现一些因传统测试堵塞器卡死电缆或密封不严泄露回流等造成的复杂工程现象,通过原因分析并对密封方式进行研究,设计了一种新型测试堵塞器.该测试堵塞器采用一级盘根密封和二级流管密封结合,密封性能较好且结构简单,便于现场操作人员组装维护.在海上油田现场大量应用效果表明,该堵塞器解决了传统测试堵塞器卡死电缆等疑难问题,成功实现了复杂井测试作业.
At present,during the production profile test of the“Y”string structure of submersible electric pumps in offshore oilfields,there are often complicated engineering phenomena caused by cables stuck by the traditional test pluggers or leaked backflow.A new type of test plugger was designed by analyzing the cause and studying the sealing method.The test plugger uses a combination of primary rubber seal and secondary flow tube seal,which has good sealing performance and simple structure,and is convenient for field operators to assemble and maintain.Field application results show that the plugger solves difficult problems such as cables stuck by the traditional test pluggers,and successfully implements complex well testing operations.
