In response to the COVID-19 outbreak,China's reflection and outlook should not be limited to the"Biosafety Defense and Governance System"and the corresponding construction shortfall.The most valuable prospect lies in rethinking the essential changes in human society.It is the time to rebuild the"All-powerful Multi-level Security Integrated Society with a shared future for mankind"that includes traditional security,non-traditional security,information security and network security,as well as biosafety.
