产教融合背景下高职院校顶岗实习多元协同育人管理模式的研究

Study on the management model of multiple collaborative education of post practice in higher vocational colleges under the background of the integration of industry and education

文章在对目前高职院校顶岗实习教学质量、思想状态现状进行深入调查的基础上,对高职院校顶岗实习管理模式研究现况及存在的问题进行了分析,最后以潍坊工商职业学院部分顶岗实习专业为例,对构建产教融合背景下高职院校顶岗实习多元协同育人管理模式进行了研究。

Based on the in-depth investigation of the teaching quality and ideological status of the post practice in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the management mode of post practice in higher vocational colleges. Finally, under the background of the integration of production and education, taking some internship majors of Weifang Business Vocational College for example, this paper studies the management mode of multiple collaborative education of post practice in higher vocational colleges.
