在建设创新型国家的战略下,国内各高校正积极开展创新型人才培养改革研究。文章拟建立基于"CPP"模式的复合驱动创新人才培养模式研究,对机电专业"CPP"模式的培养目标、培养途径、培养内容等进行研究与设计,提供可操作、有价值、能借鉴的人才培养模式。

Under the strategy of building an innovative country, colleges and universities in China are actively carrying out innovative personnel training reform research. This project plans to establish a "CPP" model to study the cultivation model of compound driven innovative talents. This paper studies and designs the training objectives, training approaches and training contents of the "CPP" model of mechanical and electrical specialty, and provides an operable, valuable and referential talent training mode.
