开发利用档案资源发挥育人功能具有重要的理论意义和实践价值,因此,本文立足依托特色、创新模式、发挥功能,从档案资源与育人功能有机融合的切入点和发力点着手,探索构建“N+1”的档案资源开发利用模式,服务于文化建设,服务于立德树人,服务于社会发展,以期达到进一步提升育人水平的目的。
