Optimization of Subway Transfer Scheme Based on Passenger Travel Satisfaction

城市地铁不同线路之间实现顺畅的站点换乘,有赖于换乘设施的良好衔接、换乘方案的周密设计、工作人员的现场引导和有效管理。文章以南京地铁新街口站为例,在分析客流数据的基础上描述了新街口站的换乘客流特征,剖析了地铁新街口站“逆时针”换乘方案存在的“硬伤”,针对性地设计了换乘方案的具体优化措施,从而提高换乘系统的安全性和时效性,提升乘客出行满意度。

The smooth transfer between different lines of urban subway depends on the good connection of transfer facilities,the careful design of transfer scheme,the on-site guidance and effective management of staff.Taking Xinjiekou Station of Nanjing Metro as an example,this paper describes the characteristics of transfer passenger flow of Xinjiekou Station on the basis of analyzing the passenger flow data,analyzes the"hard injury"existing in the"counterclockwise"transfer scheme of Xinjiekou Station of Metro,and designs the specific optimization measures of transfer scheme,so as to improve the safety and timeliness of transfer system and enhance passenger travel satisfaction.
