本文阐述了成本工程的含义及其特点,同时结合目前航天科研院所实际情况,指出成本工程在实施过程中存在的若干问题,针对问题客观分析,提出了构建成本工程体系化工作的一些思路。

This article elaborates the meaning and characteristics of cost engineering.At the same time,according to the actual situation of aerospace research institutes,it points out some problems in the implementation of cost engineering.In view of the objective analysis of the problem,some ideas for the construction of cost engineering systematization are put forward.
