Risk Analysis and Countermeasures for EPC Projects of Hydropower Project

国内水电工程正在逐步探索与实践EPC建设管理模式,而水电工程和EPC建设管理模式特点决定了水电工程EPC项目风险管理的复杂性和重要性。通过对水电工程EPC项目在合同执行阶段可能存在的主要风险点进行分析,提出了在合同中设置相关条款来进行风险分配及应对风险的具体措施,可为水电工程EPC项目风险管理提供借鉴。

EPC construction management mode is being explored and practiced step by step in domestic hydropower projects,and the complexity and importance of EPC project risk management are determined by the characteristics of hydropower projects and EPC construction management mode.Through the analysis of the main risk points that may exist in the execution stage of EPC project of hydropower project,this paper puts forward the concrete measures for risk allocation and risk response by setting relevant clauses in the contract,which can provide reference for the risk management of EPC project of hydropower project.
