摘要
针对国内汽车试验场耐久性规范标准各不相同的问题,提出了一种基于载荷谱分析的对照方法,解决了试验场特征模糊不清、难以比较的问题。该方法以累计损伤原理为基础,通过采集某国内某大型试验场和其他两个国内汽车试验场耐久性规范下的载荷信息,以轮心六分力作为参考,对照分析伪损伤和载荷分布,得出各试验场耐久性规定的考核强度关系,结合道路信息,分析特定道路的强化程度。
Owing to the different durability standards of domestic vehicle proving ground,a comparison method based on load spectrum analysis is proposed,which solves the problem that the characteristics of proving ground are ambiguous and difficult to compare.Based on the principle of cumulative damage,this method collects the load information of a large domestic test site and two other domestic vehicle proving grounds under the durability criterion,takes the six-component force of the wheel center as a reference,contrastively analyzes the pseudo-damage and load distribution,obtains the strength relationship of the durability criterion of each proving ground,and combines with road information to analyze the strengthening degree of a specific road.
