基于动态K&C试验台的汽车平顺性与操稳性分析 被引量:4

摘要 根据GB/T7031-2005《机械振动道路路面谱测量数据报告》中标准,在MATLAB/Simulink建立随机路面作为激励输入,进行七自由度整车模型的仿真分析。并将随机路面模型导入ADAMS中进行悬架动态仿真,分析悬架动态K&C特性对汽车性能的影响。传统基于静态K&C特性分析的系统参数设计不足以满足复杂工况下整车对悬架的性能要求,而动态K&C试验具有更精确的响应结果更能反应悬架的实际使用状态。以MATLAB/Simulink建立的随机路面通过迭代得到试验台的驱动谱,在动态K&C试验台进行试验,验证随机路面模型和整车模型的准确性,分析随机路面激励下的悬架动态K&C特性对汽车平顺性和操纵稳定性的影响,为以后悬架性能的研究提供一些参考。 According to the standard GB/T7031-2005 Mechanical Vibration Road Surface Spectrum Measurement Data Report,establish a random road surface as the excitation input in MATLAB/Simulink,and conduct simulation analysis for vehicle model of seven degrees of freedom.The random pavement model was imported into ADAMS for suspension dynamic simulation,and the influence of suspension dynamic K&C characteristics on vehicle performance was analyzed.The traditional system parameter design based on static K&C characteristic analysis is not enough to meet the performance requirements of the whole vehicle under complex working conditions,while the dynamic K&C test has more accurate response results and can reflect the actual use state of the suspension.The driving spectrum of the test bench is obtained by iteration on the random road established by MATLAB/Simulink.The test is carried out on the dynamic K&C test bench to verify the exactness of the random road model and vehicle model.The influence of the dynamic K&C characteristics of the suspension under the random road excitation on the ride comfort and handling stability of the vehicle is analyzed,which provides some reference for future research of suspension performance.
