基于纹波计数技术的直流电机角度补偿研究

摘要 针对纹波计数技术在计算直流电机转角的应用中,电机停止供电后由于惯性产生的转角无法通过纹波计数获得的问题,通过获得直流电机的转动惯量,根据纹波计数技术计算出的转速得出直流电机在停止供电后转速方程,并将转速方程进行积分,推导出电机由电机惯性产生的转角计算公式,对纹波计数没有测得的转角进行角度补偿。搭建普通电机试验台,使用LabVIEW编辑实验测试系统。通过实验与实际转角对比,该方法可有效对纹波计数技术中未测得的转角进行角度补偿,大幅度提高了纹波计数技术测试电机转角的准确性和可靠性。 In the application of ripple counting technology in calculating the rotation angle of ordinary motor,the rotation angle caused by inertia of motor after power supply stops cannot be obtained by ripple counting.A method of calculating the rotational inertia of DC motor is presented.The rotational speed equation of DC motor after power supply stops is obtained according to the speed calculated by ripple counting technology,and the rotational speed equation is integrated.The formula of calculating the rotational angle of the motor generated by the inertia of the motor is deduced,and the angle compensation of the rotational angle which is not measured by ripple counting is carried out.The angle compensation for the rotation angle which is not measured by ripple counting is carried out.LabVIEW is used to edit the test system.By comparing the experiment with the actual angle,the method can effectively compensate the angle which is not measured in the ripple counting technology,and greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of the ripple counting technology to test the motor angle.
